Promotions

This evening the squadron conducted 2 sergeant boards for Cpl Sam Carey and Cpl Ethan Zdrodowski. The board consisted of the OC, CI Lee, and CI Nunnerley. Each candidate was asked a series of questions, focusing on their qualities and skills, along with competency based questions. Both candidates performed well during the boards, and at the end of the night I was pleased to promote both Cpl Carey and Cpl Zdrodowski to the rank of Sergeant. Congratulations and well done.
