RAF Shawbury trip

The squadron was last night told that as a result of being the top central sector squadron at Wing Field Day 2016 that our prize is a full day trip to RAF Shawbury to fly in some of the RAF's training helicopters, mainly the Griffin. This is an incredible opportunity for our cadets, not to mention a fitting prize for all the hard work and effort they have put in over the last few months. I could not be more proud of the cadets at 235 Squadron, and I am incredibly excited for them to spend a day at RAF Shawbury experiencing helicopter flights as a reward for all the pre Wing Field Day training, and practice.
