Hello and welcome to the home of 235 (City of Stoke on Trent) Squadron,

I am Flight Lieutenant Chris Holloway, the Officer Commanding at 235 Squadron. Our squadron is all about providing the best possible opportunities for our cadets. Life is incredibly competitive, whether for jobs, university places, or promotions, there will always be competition. Our aim is to make sure our cadets have the edge in these situations by providing them with high quality training, and a huge range of experiences they can draw on. As a former cadet myself I understand the value of what the Air Cadets can offer. All of my staff and I are volunteers, who believe passionately in what the Air Cadets provides. Our ethos is to ensure that all of our cadets can access these opportunities regardless of their financial situation and background; we fundraise extensively to ensure that nobody misses out on what we offer.

There is a reason 235 Squadron was the best squadron in Staffordshire Wing in 2015/2016 and in 2017/2018 - it's because we care about making sure our cadet experience is the best.
