Wing Torch on tour

At the weekend a group of cadets from 235 Squadron took the Wing torch on a brief tour of Stoke on Trent, stopping at various significant places including the spitfire at Hanley museum, statues of Reginald Mitchell, Stanley Matthews and others. Along with visiting historic pottery sites, and the Britannia Stadium. After the pictures had been taken CWO Sadula and F/S Sutton headed off to meet up with 239 Squadron at Foxfield Railway to hand the torch over officially.
The torch will now continue its journey around the Wing, finishing at Wing Field Day at the start of July.
