Civilian Instructors
Our Civilian Instructors at the heart of what we deliver at 388 Squadron, there is no minimum commitment of time for CI's at 388 Squadron, and we can support your development with training courses and experiences of a wide range of activities.
Non Commissioned Officer
Civilian Instructors are elligible to apply for uniformed service if they wish to be more involved in the running of the Squadron. NCO's go through a selection process, followed by a 1 week training course at RAF Cranwell.
Officer
Civilian Instructors are also eligible to be Officers. Officers hold a Queen's Commission and run the Squadron, co-ordinating and directing staff and cadets in everything that we do.
Civilian Committee
Our Civilian Committee support the the Squadron by co-ordinating spending and fundraising. The Civilian Committee meet once per month and are vital to what 388 Squadron do.
